SONNAIR
Sonnair includes two devices: AirMAD and DreamTAP. Both devices are based on mandibular advancement, which prevents the soft tissues of the throat from collapsing and obstructing the airways.Both devices can be prescribed following a polysomnographic exam that determines the need for treatment with MAD.
AIRMAD
AirMAD consists of an upper bite and a lower bite, with an advancement mechanism made up of several 1 millimeter-thick inserts. Two modules of AIRMAD have been designed:
AirMAD OPEN AIR
which allows freedom of mouth opening and can be locked by applying anterior elastics on pre-set hooks.
AirMAD SELF-LOCKING
which is self-locking and can be automatically locked and unlocked by the patient with a 1 mm movement of the mandible.

DreamTAP was designed by Dr. Thornton, the world’s leading authority on dental care for OSAS, and it has also obtained the rigorous FDA (Food and Drug Administration) certification for medical devices.
DreamTAP
DreamTAP consists of two individual plates and a hook mechanism that allows the mandible to assume the correct therapeutic position. The hook moves forwards and backwards using the adjustment key to turn the adjustment screw clockwise or counterclockwise. Each 180-degree turn corresponds to a 0.25 mm adjustment.
